First of all, thank you very much for coming to this topic. It is very much appriciated that people whom join this forum see the rules so they won't get their account or even worse their Computer I.P. banned. Here are the rules:

1. Do Not Post Spam. There is a topic about it in one of the ETC. forums.
2. If you are a forum moderator, do not misuse the advantage against others. Use it like a police officer.
3. Do not ask me to make you a forum moderator or a forum admin. I will be the only forum admin and only make certain people moderators.
4. Do Not be raciest. I don't care if your white, black, European, Russian, Asian, African, Middle-easter, just don't be raciest. The last thing we need is a racism debate.
5. Do Not start arguements in any of the topics. We don't need to deal with certain people's crap here.
6. Only post topics and comments that you are sure you won't be flammed at for.
7. Prior to #6, DO NOT FLAM. The forum Mods and I will be the people who are flamming. No offense but we need to inforce the rules.
8. From now on, if you want to email someone, ask me for the email address they have because this forum has emailing disabled for some reason as well as email bouncing as I announced before.
9. In the making of a new account, you must post a comment before the account is one week old. After one week of not posting a comment in the new account will lead to temporary ban of the new account(why should you make a account if you won't post anything?). To reactivate the account, please email me at: cybershark19@comcast.net . If you misuse the privilege of my contact info, you will be banned. You can only contact me through email for reactivations.

Any of these rules unfollowed will result to account ban or even worse Computer I.P. Bannage. Computer I.P. Bans make sure that people from certain computers cannot make accounts here. Thank you and have a nice day.
